Balls Falls Conservation Area
Ball’s Falls is a 278 acre Conservation Area on the Niagara Escarpment with trails, historic buildings, two waterfalls and picnic facilities. The Centre for Conservation features an orientation gallery and supplementary education programs. This facility also offers classroom space for rent. The Field Centre classroom, Barn, and Pavilion may be reserved in advance at an educational rate. Ball’s Falls and the Centre for Conservation provides unique learning opportunities for educators and students alike. Start your visit with a self-guided tour and explore the galleries or enjoy one of our staff-led programs.

Program Costs: Programs cost $4.50-$5.00 per student per program (depending on the program). Self guided tours of the trails and grounds require a $4.25 entrance fee per student.

Programs Offered: Ball's Falls offers 8 staff-led programs that meet curriculum requirements and provide students with interactive, ecological learning adventures. The programs are between 45 minutes and 2 hours long, depending on the program you choose. Topics include amphibians, bees, spring awakening, sustainable buildings, and more.
