Bronte Creek Provincial Park
Bronte Creek Provincial Park offers a wide variety of ways for people to connect with nature. Visitors are free to make use of hiking trails, picnic areas, an outdoor skating rink, fishing ponds, and a swimming pool. For teachers and students, Bronte Creek offers several grade and curriculum specific environmental education programs that can be combined to create a fun filled day of experiential learning.

Fax: (905) 827-8706 Visiting Hours: School group programs are offered rain or shine Monday through Friday during the school year. Certain programs are only offered in particular months. All programs run between 10 am and 2 pm.

Program Costs: Programs cost $3.00 per student per program.
Booking a visit: Reservations can be made anytime throughout the school year, though teachers are advised to book at least 2 weeks before their intended trip date. To reserve an educational program for your class, you can fax a completed Program Reservation Form to 905-827-8706 attention Program Reservations, OR complete this online form and click submit. After submitting a reservation form teachers will receive an email confirmation of their schedule to review. Teachers will have to pay the program booking fee to confirm their trip.
Programs Offered: Bronte Creek offers many programs with strong connections to both the provincial curriculum and environmental and outdoor education. Topics include living and non-living things, animal and plant needs, mapping and GPS, historic and present day use of nature, maple syrup production, life cycles, soil composition, wetlands, biodiversity, natural and renewable resources, and more!
