Hillsburgh Farms - Everdale Environmental Learning Centre
Everdale’s mission is to be a farm-based organization that provides hands-on, solution-based food and farming education to build and engage healthy local communities. Their programs promote environmental stewardship in youth and are essential in helping to create innovative solutions for an ecologically sustainable future. The Hillsburgh site, a 50 acre farm, is located just outside the village of Hillsburgh. The farm boasts 12 acres of vegetable production, free range laying hens, sheep, donkeys & draft horses, a minimum-water irrigation system, green manuring and crop rotation, bio-intensive garden and practices, composting, a greenhouse, wind turbines, solar dehydrators and more!

Hillsburgh, ON, Canada N05 1Z0 Visiting Hours: Programming is offered Monday to Friday from May 1 to June 30 and from September 1 to October 31. Half-day sessions run from 10 am-12 pm and 12:30 pm-2:30 pm and full-day programs run from 10 am-2:30 pm.

Program Costs: Program costs vary depending on class size, ranging from $125.00-$300.00 class total for a half-day program or $175.00-$675.00 class total for a full-day program.
Booking a visit: To reserve an educational program for your class, you must fill out the online Program Reservation Form. After submitting a reservation form you will receive an email confirmation.
Programs Offered: Hillisburgh Farms' programs are hands-on and foster the development of environmental literacy and stewardship in people of all ages.
